We would like to sincerely thank all of our amazing clients who have continued services at IMR. As a small business we have come to the decision to keep our doors open for the time being until the federal/state government places a mandatory closure of all non-essential business. The choice does not come easily as we weigh the options of continuing to help our small staff support their families and navigating the new business environment we have been presented with during the current climate of the world. In these uncertain times of little to no information about any government relief we collectively with our staff, have made the decision to continue allowing our talented Massage Therapist’s to provide their un-equaled talent to existing & new clients.

We are monitoring the current situation hourly as we know changes are happening rapidly in order to attempt the containment of COVID-19. IMR has taken our own additional precautions in order to adhere to the strict guidelines issued by the CDC. An email was previously sent out with a description of the existing sanitation protocols IMR has adhered to before COVID-19 and the additional sanitation protocols that were implemented as soon as the virus was announced by the CDC.

The health and well-being of our clients and staff is the top priority of IMR’s ownership. Holistic health is more beneficial than ever as research has shown that self-care through Massage and Infrared Sauna have been shown to increase your bodies immune system and reduce stress. We have informed our staff of the self-quarantine requirements recommended by the CDC that if they are presenting signs of COVID-19 or the flu that they must stay home for a minimum of 14 days. Our reception staff is also recommending to any clients booking appointments to cancel any booked appointment at any time with no cancellation fee if they are not feeling well.

While we are continuing to keep our doors open we would like to make sure our clients know that we have your safety as our absolute top priority. Your continued support allows us to keep our employee’s working which means the world to them as they are unable to work remotely as is the nature of this business. If/when the federal/state government decides to place us on a mandatory quarantine, we will sadly close our doors to comply with whatever the governments require.
