Assisted Stretch Therapy improves flexibility by lengthening fascia, reducing tension and pain to enhance athletic performance, range of motion, and posture. This service takes you through a sequence flow of stretches with your therapist directing you throughout the session. Excluding massage and gym attire is required as this is a fully clothed service.
