Massage therapy during pregnancy is a great way to reduce stress, and promote overall wellness. Massage can relieve some of the common discomforts experienced during pregnancy such as back pain, headaches, leg cramps, stiff neck, and edema (swelling).
We promise to take extra care to ensure you are completely comfortable on our massage table. Moms-to be will have the option to lay sideline (positioned with supportive soft pillows used to alleviate any extra strain on your low back and pelvic area) or in our pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay face down on your baby bump. Your comfort level is important to us.
