Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require any cancellations or changes to your appointment to be made by 9:00 pm, the day prior to your appointment. Example: If you have an appointment scheduled for 4 pm on Tuesday, you must call before 9 pm on Monday to make any changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than this notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee. 100% charge to no call no shows, and 50% charge for same day cancellations or reschedules.
