I practice numerous modalities including: Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Thai, PNF (active) stretching, Shiatsu and Pre-natal.
Outside of work, I love reading, movies, good food with fine friends, the outdoors and travel. I lived abroad for 18 years throughout Asia (where I studied several oriental healing practices and yoga) and Australia (where I learned Western style massage).
