Massage therapy came to me upon a young age of 4 years old. Helping my father recover from a surgery with hydrotherapy along the spine muscles, he would teach me as we went along.  I love the feeling of giving back to help people feel happier and healthier, and especially when I am able to help in a way to avoid surgery.

I love to focus on realigning people with deep tissue, sports massage along with stretches, structural bodywork, medical massage for injury, reflexology, and cranial sacral. I love to mainly work the trunk of the body and the feet as I feel those areas are most important for us.
