Specialized in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, hot stone, and guasha.
I knew massage and spa were going to be my career of choice since I was young. I started massaging my grandparents for quarters when I was just a child, and then as I entered high school I became the friend that was doing the facials, make-up and pampering services before dances and sporting events.
In 2016 I received my cosmetology license and specialized in various spa treatments, including: microdermabrasion facials, hydrofacials, pain-free extractions, facial cupping, spa pedicures/manicures with specialized foot and hand massages with hot stones. As I gained experience in the spa, I realized I loved providing therapeutic value to others; even simple foot massages and scalp massage can be such a world of relief in someone’s day-to-day. This made me decide to study massage in 2018. I love the satisfaction clients have after their mobility is increased, how they sleep better at night, and how they can enjoy their normal activities with more ease than before. I have been practicing since early 2019 and specialize in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, hot stone, and guasha. I love to customize each service to a client’s specific needs and desires, creating a plan that is tailored to them.
My favorite chief complaints to work out are the low back/hips and feet/hands. I believe getting a good release done on the hands and feet is not talked about enough; they are a part of our body that is utilized in every moment. The relief that can come from releasing the hands and forearms or the feet and calves is such an incredible feeling I hope to bring to all my clients.
My favorite hobbies to de-stress and take care of myself include camping and hiking. I love exploring Arizona (it’s very underrated with some of the most epic, out of this world views). I have recently been exploring the west side of Mount Charleston and Red Rock Canyon where no one really ventures and taking advantage of enjoying BLM land as it allows for dispersed camping and real fire rings. Cooking has always been one of my favorite day to day activities; I love baking fresh breads and trying out new recipes from cook books and the internet. Lastly, I love my own spa days. I love going in to see someone for my services once a month or so, as well as doing my own facials, clean up, and foam roller treatments at home to keep myself refreshed and pampered.
