“So shut up, live, travel, adventure, bless and don’t be sorry”
-Jack Kerouac
Originally from New York, I traveled a fair bit living in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida and Washington before finally moving to Las Vegas in 2009. I’ve always been pulled in the direction of holistic health and helping others, ever since I was a young girl. Natural healing was always something that called to me. After deciding to finally lay some roots in the valley, I made the choice to go to massage school so that I can do what I love and help people.
Since then, I have worked in the medical field as a massage therapist for a Physical Therapist, helping people from all walks of life and dealing with different conditions. From post-operative massage, to massage for osteoarthritis, medical massage to sports massage, prenatal massage to lymphatic drainage, instrument assisted and k-taping, so many different ways to help so many people. I am currently working on my next adventure in holistic healing by studying to become an herbalist.
My hobbies include learning, hiking, reading, singing (in the shower mostly), dancing, painting, traveling and exercising (TRX, calisthenics, and kickboxing.) When I am not working on bettering myself and helping people, I’m planning my next adventure and I do my best to travel far and travel often.
