Growing up, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of bodywork, which sparked a lifelong commitment to helping others feel their best. I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2012 and have worked in a wide range of settings, from high-end spas to clinical environments alongside chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, and even professional sports teams.

My work primarily focuses on therapeutic, sports, medical, and deep tissue techniques, often incorporating movement and stretching to support recovery after injury or long days of activity. Whether someone needs focused relief or simply a chance to reset, the goal is always to help them leave feeling better than when they arrived.
