She is originally from Manila, Philippines and moved to Las Vegas in 2004. Her longest hyper fixation has been natural healing and she has been practicing massage therapy for 3 years. Her favorite massage modality is deep tissue mixed with stretching because that’s when her clients notice the most improvement in their tension and mobility. Few things make her more fulfilled than helping as many people as she can connect to their bodies and enhance their physical and spiritual well being through her work.

 

In her free time, Kat enjoys weightlifting, paddle boarding, pickleball, and smelling the trees while hiking. Her favorite lazy activity is relaxing at the end of the night with a slice of home baked dessert and Adventure Time or Avatar the Last Airbender on TV.
