I was born and raised in CA; I graduated in Long Beach with a B.F.A in Dance. My passion has always been with the body and the way it moves with its challenges to gravity.  I apply the knowledge and physical awareness that I developed in dance to help people find balance in themselves. Throughout my practice, I continue to explore avenues to relax muscles and to get rid of uninvited energy in an effort to increase functionality and decrease pain for my clients. In my history, I have had challenges with migraines and forward rolled shoulders so I often try to address the neck, pecs and rotator cuff in my sessions because these are muscles that I work on for myself. Outside of massage, I enjoy movies and night walks on the desert sand.
