Specializes in therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage. As well as, PNF stretching, aromatherapy, and lymphatic massage.

Born and raised in California, I always found myself playing sports; unfortunately I was very injury prone. It wasn’t until I started to learn proper stretching techniques and mobility movements that I was able to defeat that stigma. My massage therapist opened up my eyes to new possibilities while helping me get on the field faster.

As I grew older, I realized that I also wanted to give people that same satisfaction of feeling their best and to be able to go out and do what they love. Always a student of the game, I continue my education as I go through life to be better suited to help out as many people as I possibly can.

Outside of massage, I love to workout, dance and listening to good music at festivals. I recently started traveling a bit more and exploring this little big world we all call home. We only have one life and one body, let’s not let it go to waste.
